Join our Photonic Symposium to hear about the latest developments, application requirements, best practices, and future outlook.
The first day of the symposium will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about the photonic IC landscape, including market analysis, vision of hyper-scalers and chip suppliers, disruptive applications, and future developments. The second day of the event will feature application-based training with Synopsys solutions for implementation, analysis and verification of photonic ICs.

Students from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, Columbia University, the University of Arizona, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and the University of Rochester received awards for their entries in the 2021 Robert S. Hilbert Memorial Optical Design Competition.
One winner used the RSoft Photonic Device Tools to design a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguide, a nano-scale photonic component used in telecommunications while another used PIC Design Suite to design a dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM) receiver system for data communications.
Learn how Synopsys provides your teams the exact tools they need for efficient photonic inter-datacenter systems design. This presentation covers how the market is driving optical fiber design and photonic transmitter architectures in new directions. You will learn how to optimize system design for increased efficiencies.
