Customer Support Portal

The Customer Support Portal (http://support.opticalres.com) is a password-protected site that offers additional resources for CODE V and LightTools customers. It provides access to training materials, user group presentations, sample system and application files, FAQs, macro downloads, recordings of previously held Webinars, and more. New users can register for an account, which is usually activated within one business day.

CODE V and LightTools Enewsletters are released monthly to current customers. Some links to videos are only available to current customers.
