Erika Varga McEnroe

Erika Varga McEnroe is the senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Synopsys. She and her team are responsible for corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, ethics and compliance, securities and mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance program. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
