Cloud native EDA tools & pre-optimized hardware platforms
LucidDrive is a night driving simulation tool designed to analyze complex headlamp light distributions in dynamic environments. It complements LucidShape by creating a virtual headlamp, which helps in reducing the cost and time spent on creating physical prototypes. The tool operates in a virtual space where users can swiftly switch between different lamps, scenes, and viewing positions, providing immediate interactive feedback. By default, LucidDrive runs in an automatic driving mode, eliminating the need for steering, accelerating, or braking. It uses headlamp light intensity data, provided in LucidShape or IES format, to calculate the illuminance pattern on the surfaces of the simulated scene.
