One of the ways we’re advocating for gender diversity is with a new development program currently being piloted in Synopsys' offices in Europe: #WomeninLeadership. In this program, female leaders are identified and offered opportunities to further develop themselves and expand their careers. We're also involved with TechWomen, a global initiative headed by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. This program focuses on mentoring female leaders in STEM by providing them with opportunities and guidance to continue their careers and become leaders in their communities. Our participation in the program started in 2011 and has grown so much over the years. We’ve hosted events and provided professional support to various TechWomen Emerging Leaders and we can’t wait to do more for programs in the future!
