Simpleware ScanIP has a range of automatic, semi-automatic and manual segmentation tools including OTSU automatic segmentation, threshold, flood fill, local surface correction, morphological tools and more! We also have a range of anatomy-specific automatic segmentation tools – see Simpleware AS Cardio and Simpleware AS Ortho/CMF.
You can create simple measurements through more advanced statistics. Measurements can also be made from centrelines, wall thickness, and surface deviation tools. In addition, you can use in-built or user-defined statistics templates for larger models.
You can export a range of meshed models from Simpleware ScanIP, surface models can be exported as STLs, 3MF, etc. If you want to export in other formats, please see the Simpleware FE module for volume meshes, Simpleware NURBS module for NURBS models.
Python and C# are the two main languages that are supported by Simpleware ScanIP and add-on modules.
