Synopsys TPT Support

We have switched our support to SolvNetPlus – a Synopsys-wide, online support portal.

SolvNetPlus  provides a central location for all TPT product information with access to TPT documentation, TPT installer, and knowledge base articles. In addition, you can open tickets (cases) to resolve tool issues and answer questions about Synopsys TPT.

Enable Your Access to SolvNetPlus

SolvNetPlus account is required to access the online support portal. All TPT users can create a SolvNetPlus account free of charge. 

To create your personal account, please visit the SolvNetPlus homepage.

  • Click on “Need help signing in?” under the Sign In dialog box. 
  • Click on “Create Account"

Request Your Site Number

Please note a Site Number (Site ID) is required. The  Site ID  is a number associated with your company’s location and can be found in the header of your license file.  In less than 1 minute you can complete your registration in 4 easy steps. 

If you do not know your Site Number, you can request it from us by email. Please include your name and company address in the email.  Your Site Number information will be provided within 3 business days.
