Synopsys ARC® Audio MPEG-1/2 Layer III Encoder software for Synopsys ARC AS211SFX and AS221BD audio processors enables high-quality audio encoding for devices such as security cameras, digital cameras, and set-top boxes. The encoder implements a high-quality encoding of audio, compliant with the MPEG1/2 Layer III standards, commonly known as MP3, with MPEG 2.5 extensions.
