Synopsys LPDDR6/5X/5/4/4X, DDR5 (MRDIMM and RDIMM), DDR5/4 Controllers, and Enhanced Universal DDR Memory and Protocol Controller IP deliver a DFI-compliant interface, low latency, high performance, and low gate count, while supporting high bandwidth. Optional market-specific features such as AMBA CHI, AXI 4, host interface port, high Quality of Service (QoS) and advanced Reliability, Availability and Serviceability (RAS) features enable SoC designers to optimize the controller area and functionality for specific application requirements.
