Introducing Simpleware X-2025.06: Leverage Your Own CAD Device Libraries and Continue to Push Automation

We are excited to announce the release of Simpleware X-2025.06, which continues to push the boundaries of user-generated automation and efficiency in design. This update expands our compatibility with third-party AI tools, now including nnU-Net models and full MONAI bundle support. Easily import your own library of CAD/STL design files to quickly check designs against anatomical structures. Enhance productivity with improvements to our off-the-shelf AI-enabled Auto Segmentation tools and boost efficiency with the improved folder structure in the Dataset Browser.

‘External AI Models’: nnU-Net and Full MONAI Inference Routine Support Added

Enhanced Hip Revision CT Auto Segmentation
- One-click segmentation now includes cancellous bone segmentation for the femur bones.
- Easily model cortical bone and/or the canal for implant fitting or simulation workflows.
New: Folders Within the Dataset Browser
- Create folders of objects (masks, surfaces and volume meshes).
- Keep project files tidy and organized by collecting objects into relevant groups or collections.
New: Surface Design Library
- Fully customizable library infrastructure to create a database of quickly accessible CAD/STL models.
- Efficiently swap out different sizes of components to assess compatibility with the anatomy.
