Passive and Active Photonic Device Generation, Simulation and Use in the Synopsys Photonic IC Design Flow

Synopsys Photonic Device Compiler enables PIC designers and PDK developers to design, analyze and optimize photonic devices and generate all the required information for schematic capture, circuit-level simulation, layout and verification.

We will explore and demonstrate the generation of passive and active photonic devices and discuss the seamless flow to integrate them into a design library to add value to foundry PDKs.
