International Microelectronics Olympiad

The Olympiad is an annual, knowledge-based contest aimed at:

•       Recognizing and inspiring young engineers

•       Sharing knowledge and experience

•       Creating a community of microelectronics specialists

•       Accelerating microelectronics talent on a global scale

Topics of the Olympiad:

•       Digital IC design and test

•       Analog/mixed-signal IC design and test

•       Semiconductor devices and process technology

•       Mathematical and algorithmic issues in EDA

Synopsys is the general organizer of the Olympiad.
