Synopsys leads WP13 sub-project, which aims to train new human resources (HR) with knowledge and skills that will allow them to carry out their functions within a framework of demand and higher performance.
The actions developed will focus on the training of specific skills for the Microelectronics Industry, particularly in the design of digital and analog integrated circuits, including the theoretical and methodological principles of the process, as well as practical work with industry tools.
During the implementation of the Agenda, Synopsys created the Microelectronics Academy, which includes Training Academies and Bootcamps.
