Chahinez Hamlaoui leads systems-related alliances and ecosystem activities at Synopsys, managing all aspects of strategic partnerships — including strategy, go-to market alignment, and business collaboration. Prior to this role, she managed Synopsys activities related to the EU Chips Act. Chahinez has more than 15 years of business and corporate strategy experience and has worked with NASDAQ 100 companies, the European Commission, and government agencies on innovation, M&A, and other key business initiatives. She holds an engineering degree in computer science and a PhD in game theory and applied mathematics from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, in collaboration with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Versailles, France.
