Anshul Chawla

Anshul Chawla is a Staff R&D Engineer in the 3DIC GUI team at Synopsys, where he develops advanced multi-die connectivity and design tools. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, conducting graduate research in GPU-accelerated modeling and polymer simulations. His interdisciplinary expertise bridges high-performance computing and electronic design automation (EDA), driving innovation in 3DIC design.
