Xi-Wei Lin
Xi-Wei Lin is Executive Director of Applications Engineering in the Customer Success Group at Synopsys, responsible for TCAD applications and global support for advanced logic and memory technologies. With more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries, he has held senior management and engineering roles focused on CMOS technology development, digital and memory design, and design-technology co-optimization (DTCO). A prolific innovator, he has published 80+ papers and holds 120+ U.S. patents. Xi-Wei earned a Ph.D. in Solid-State Physics from the University of Paris at Orsay and a B.S. from Beijing University.
