Xi-Wei Lin

Xi-Wei Lin is Applications Engineering, Executive Director, from GTM, Customer Success Group in Synopsys, responsible for TCAD applications and global supports for advanced logic and memory technologies. He previously held senior management and engineering positions at several U.S. companies, working on CMOS technology development, digital and memory designs, as well as DTCO. He published 80+ papers and holds 120+ U.S. patents and received his Ph.D. degree from University of Paris at Orsay and B.S. degree from Beijing University.
