Dr. Victor Grimblatt is an executive director of R&D Engineering in the Design Technology Group at Synopsys. He leads a team that develops EDA software for synthesis and mask fracturing. Victor has engineering degrees from Grenoble INP-UGA, France and Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, Chile. He also has a PhD in electronics from Université de Bordeaux, France.
