Sérgio Silva received his engineering degree with honors from the School of Engineering of Porto University (FEUP), where he later also pursued his PhD studies in electronics and computer science. His research work focused on signal processing, with a special emphasis on synthetic aperture sonar systems operated directly from GPS navigation data. Sérgio holds a patent for a “Multi-standard self-reconfigurable architecture for Digital Communication Receivers.” He has long experience working with international interdisciplinary teams, including CERN, INESC, and Synopsys. Sérgio has over 10 years of experience in MIPI M-PHY IP development and project management.
