Ilya Tolchinsky

Ilya Tolchinsky is a Principal Product Manager for AI at Synopsys, where he leads AI strategy and product direction across engineering simulation and design solutions. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning CAE software, AI-driven product development, and technical leadership. Ilya began his career as an aerodynamicist at Rolls‑Royce and has since held senior technical and product roles at Ansys and Synopsys. He holds an M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and is passionate about translating AI innovation into real‑world engineering impact.
