Gustavo Pimentel
Principal Product Marketing Manager at Synopsys, specializing in PCIe products. With 17 years of experience in embedded software, Gustavo has spent the last 8 years developing Linux device drivers for Synopsys IPs, including PCIe. He has also served as a developer and later as a manager of a software and test automation team that conducted functional validation of Synopsys IPs. Prior to his role at Synopsys, Gustavo worked at Robert Bosch, where he developed combined and augmented reality head-up displays, and at EFACEC, where he designed distributed control units for hydro power plants and developed smart grid metering solutions. Gustavo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Automation with a minor in Robotics.
