Gerhard Scherer is the Director Business Development, Emulation, Prototyping and ZeBu Cloud. Gerhard has more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor and EDA. He is passionate about bringing new technology to market and enabling customer success. He spent much of his career in consultative sales positions for prototyping and emulation solutions in both Europe and the USA. In 2009, Gerhard joined Synopsys during an asset acquisition from ProDesign, a prototyping solutions startup. His motivation leading new ideas to market led to his current role managing the ZeBu Cloud business worldwide. Gerhard’s can-do mentality makes him a trusted partner for his internal and external customers.
