PIC Design Suite in PH18: TowerJazz Open Foundry Silicon Photonics Process Webinar

Design QPSK Transceivers with our Complete PIC Design Suite on a Commercial Foundry Process

Join us for this webinar in which TowerJazz and Synopsys will demonstrate QPSK transmitter and receiver PIC design case studies using the Synopsys photonic integrated circuit (PIC) design suite. Based on the TowerJazz silicon photonics PH18 technology, the webinar will focus on the complete suite of PIC design and manufacturing solutions featuring OptSim Circuit, OptoDesigner and IC Validator.

The presenters will introduce TowerJazz’s key process and PDK features of the PH18 process and demonstrate the top-down design flow using OptSim Circuit for PIC schematic entry and simulation, and OptoDesigner for PIC layout, design rule checking and mask generation. The final layout is verified against its original schematic netlist using IC Validator.
