Effective October 2016, Synopsys has entered into an agreement with Beacon Concepts, LLC to distribute Synopsys RSoft products in North America. Beacon Concepts will now be responsible for quoting, invoicing, and collecting software orders from all North American customers using the RSoft products. RSoft product software and license files will be delivered by Beacon Concepts and not by Synopsys. The addition of Beacon Concepts gives Synopsys more resources to provide personalized software and license file delivery. Please see the following section for software and license file instructions. Please note that technical support will continue to be provided by Synopsys. Your primary way to receive RSoft technical support is to email the Technical Support team at rsoft_support@synopsys.com.
Direct-Sales Customers
RSoft software and license key files for direct-sales customers are available on the Synopsys SolvNet site at http://solvnet.synopsys.com. Contact rsoft_support@synopsys.com to learn more about using SolvNet.
Note that we have switched our North American customers to our new distributor, Beacon Concepts. Customers in North America should now obtain RSoft software and license key files directly from Barbara Calt at bcalt@beaconconcepts.net.
