LucidShape 2.0 Service Release Available Now

Service Release Available

We are pleased to announce that the LucidShape® 2.0 Service Release, Fix D, is now available.

This service release corrects several issues, including the following:

  • Fixes problems and improves operation in CAD data exchange.
  • Solves the add file icon problem.
  • Eliminates a simulation freeze problem.
  • Corrects additional issues in dialog controls, UVdata display and operations, as well as an invisibility problem.

Customers in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Austria and Other Direct-Sales Locations

LucidShape 2.0 Service Release Notes

The LucidShape 2.0 Service Release, Fix D, notes are available on the Synopsys OSG Customer Support Portal. In addition, the Release Notes are installed with the LucidShape 2.0 Service Release in the /DOC folder in the LucidShape installation directory.

2015 LucidShape User Group Meeting Presentations Available Now

On June 10, Synopsys’ Optical Solutions Group hosted the 6th annual LucidShape User Group Meeting in Farmington Hills, Michigan, for over 30 attendees. The meeting featured presentation topics ranging from new features in LucidShape 2.0 to usage tips and case studies. In addition, we’d like to thank Jason Smith of Grakon for his presentation highlighting tips and tricks for creating photorealistic images in LucidShape, as well as comparisons of simulated performance versus hardware.
