Synopsys continues empowering its employees to help recruit the industry’s best talent

On June 12, 2015 Synopsys Armenia arranged the third annual luncheon to celebrate the success of Synopsys’ Employee Referral Program (ERP) and to express the company’s appreciation to employees for making a difference by joining the effort to recruit the industry's best talent.

The event brought together 25 employees who have successfully referred a friend for an open position at Synopsys or have contributed to the implementation and promotion of the Employee Referral Program throughout the year. The 3rd Annual ERP Luncheon was extra special and fun this year as it combined a great deal of entertainment, pleasant surprises and acknowledgements for the fruitful collaboration. Teaming up, the participants engaged into a friendly yet exciting bowling competition creating an enjoyable atmosphere at the event.

Using the occasion, the HR team expressed profound appreciation for the employees’ enthusiasm, dedication and active participation in the company’s life and highlighted their significant contribution to strengthening Synopsys’ workforce and helping elevate corporate achievements locally and globally. As an acknowledgement for individual input, incentives and prizes were prepared for everyone. Names of the two lucky winners of the special prizes, “iPad Air” and a dinner ticket to the fancy restaurant “Charles” were randomly drawn through a lottery. All the ERP participants also received a corporate branded gift – a backpack or a handy thermal mug. Summing up the bowling competition results, the members of the winning team were presented with journal books with the Synopsys logo.
