Reflecting SNUG’s commitment to technical excellence, all conference papers are peer reviewed by the SNUG Team. If your proposal is accepted, a SNUG Team member will work with you to help you create and deliver an exceptional paper and conference presentation.
The SNUG Team has implemented a two-step acceptance process:
Call for Content Opens | January 31, 2022
Call for Content Closes | March 4, 2022
Preliminary Acceptance Notification | March 25, 2022
Draft Presentation Due | April 15, 2022
Final Acceptance Awarded | April 29, 2022
Presentation Recording File Due | June 10, 2022
SNUG India | July 27-28, 2022
This year SNUG India presentations should be no more than 25 minutes in length. Your SNUG presentation should be a 'discussion' rather than a 'reading' of the outline. While you should cover the same key points in your outline and slide presentation, SNUG attendees will be most interested in hearing you describe your techniques, approach, supported conclusions.
Your SNUG team will communicate specific details and presentation times after final acceptances are made.
