Synopsys maximizes our Community Affairs efforts by engaging the creativity and energy of our dynamic employees through our Synopsys Shares program. Employees are empowered to organize volunteer projects and giving campaigns as well as participate in the employee matching gift program, allowing them to have a greater positive impact on the communities where they live and work.
At offices around the world, more than 150 volunteer activities or giving drives take place each year. During the company’s 25th anniversary in 2012, offices worldwide celebrated our corporate values by organizing 37 community activities that engaged more than 1800 volunteers.
All of Synopsys’ larger offices have employee-led Corporate Giving Committees that plan and coordinate Synopsys-sponsored community activities for employees to participate in. Popular activities include science fair judging, food and good drives, environmental clean-up projects and blood drives.
