Release Schedule Change for SPARC Solaris Operating System in 2008.06

NOTE: The information in this letter affects only those with customers using the Sun SPARC Solaris Operating System (OS). If this does not apply to your customers, please disregard.

Beginning with the B-Foundation, 2008.06, products on the Sun SPARC Solaris platform may be released up to 14 days from the ECS date.

This change in the release schedule does not affect the support or the status of the Sun SPARC Solaris platform as a Platinum Platform. The Galaxy™ Design Platform and Discovery™ Verification Platform will still continue to be released on this operating system. Critical updates will not be affected and will still be released as scheduled.
