August 30, 2006 Dear Synopsys Customer: If you are using the Synopsys IC WorkBench (ICWB) product or the Synopsys IC Workbench EV (ICWBEV) on HP-UX 11.0 or Red Hat Linux 7.2, please read this letter carefully. Synopsys announced the end-of-life for support of HP-UX in September 2005, and the end-of-life for support of Red Hat 7.2 in November 2004. Accordingly, Synopsys IC WorkBench release v2005.09-SP2, scheduled for September 2006, and new updates and service packs to this product, will no longer support either HP-UX 11.0 or Red Hat Linux 7.2. By providing you with this reminder notice, we hope to help minimize your inconvenience in implementing this change. If you are affected by this change, Synopsys is available to assist you in the migration of your Synopsys products to another supported operating system.
