WaveView Analyzer is a waveform analysis tool developed for analog / mixed-signal IC designers. It provides a wide range of analysis functions and offers the best format support in the industry. The program can be used as a stand-alone application, or as an integrated part in Sandwork's SpiceExplorer debugging environment.
WaveView Analyzer offers the capacity and performance to process large waveform files for viewing and summarizing simulation results. With 64-bit file system support and Sandwork's proprietary WDF waveform compression technology, it significantly cuts down the time required to display and analyze enormous amount of simulation data from today's advanced SoC designs.
WaveView Analyzer is equipped with various built-in measurement utilities for designs such as memory, PLL, DSP, ADC and DAC. These facilities let designers quickly summarize simulation results into useful design parameters. In addition, the analysis command environment (ACE) option allows customization and automation for complex design-specific analysis.
WaveView Analyzer is industry-proven and has been deployed in many IC design companies as an uniform waveform tool.

Measurements - multiple cursors, monitors and configurable Dynamic Meters. Covers measurement needs from basic waveform properties (range, difference, slope, rise/fall time, width, duty-cycle and frequency) to advanced analysis such as Frequency-vs-Time and Jitter histogram. Supports text annotations.
Post Processing - equation builder with mathematical function support. Waveform derivative, integration and average. FFT with windowing functions (Bartlett. Parzen, Welch, Hamming, Hanning, Blackman, Blackman-Harris). Single/multi-bit A/D D/A conversion. Hierarchical signal finder. Waveform data point reduction and export/conversion. Automatic signal screening (SmartScan) correlating different waveform formats.
Performance - open unlimited files simultaneously. Incrementally update from running simulations. Supports 64-bit file system. Loads native simulator output 5-10x faster than native viewers. Sandwork's WDF format, the industry leading mixed-signal compression technology, further reduces output file size and loading time.
User-interface - streamlined architecture with no dependency on GUI builder. Easy to setup and use. Fully interactive with drag-and-drop operations
