DesignWare Memory Building Blocks are technology-independent, high-performance, flip flop or latched based storage elements. DesignWare Memory Building Block components support the complete Synopsys design flow including sythesis, static timing analysis and formal verification.
- Embedded SRAM
Parameterized single, dual and three port RAM blocks intended to be used as small scratch-pad memory or register file.
- Embedded FIFO/Stack
Synchronous and Asymmetric FIFO’s with parameterized width and depth, as well as a full complement of flags: full, almost full, half full, almost empty, empty, and error. Fully synchronous, single-clock stack.
