Technical Support
Technical support for tool installation, tool usage and problem resolution is available for all University Program members. To enter a support call, Professors in the University Program contact database may contact the Synopsys Support Center at (800) 245-8005 or email: support_center@synopsys.com.
SolvNet is also available 24-hours-a-day for access to a broad range of technical and support resources including our knowledge base of over 4,000 technical articles on the latest design methodologies and tool tips. SolvNet ID and password are required.
Note:
Requesting support using the SolvNet web-based system is not available to universities. Please use the email or call number provided above to request support.
Students should forward questions to professors who can access SolvNet and the Support Center.
