How Does a Typical Migration Project Work?
Synopsys experts, familiar with both e and SystemVerilog, will conduct a technical assessment of the client's current environment code, specifications, tests, eVCs, etc. and architect a VMM-based SystemVerilog environment with the same functionality, utilizing DesignWare® verification IP (VIP). This architecture is reviewed with the client and a statement-of-work (SOW) is prepared, detailing the project scope, deliverables, schedule and dependencies. Teams from Synopsys and its service partners develop the new environment with regular client review meetings. The new environment is then handed off to the client with on-site integration and training support. When necessary, a broad range of language, methodology and tool training is also provided. The entire project, from assessment to handoff, is managed by Synopsys.
