SCL 11.5 is required to serve Magma tools based on the ACAD, magma, riod, and TAVEREN daemons.
SCL 11.4 is required to serve Extreme DA and nSys clients based on the legacy extremed and nsysnvs daemons.
SCL 11.3 is required to serve legacy ARC clients based on arcd and mwflexd.
SCL 11.2 or later is required to serve CoWare, Synfora, and VaST keys/clients.
SCL 11.1 or later is required to serve Synplicity keys and clients.
