Overview 

Synopsys DesignWare® NVM IP provides multiple time programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) supporting up to 16-kbits in standard CMOS processes with no additional masks or processing steps. Small in area and high in performance, DesignWare NVM IP delivers industry-leading reliability in products that include up to 1,000,000 write cycle endurance, up to 150ºC operation, and ultra-low power consumption.
Developed in a wide range of standard CMOS and BCD process technologies, the silicon-proven DesignWare NVM IP is delivered as a hard GDSII block and includes all the required control and support circuitry including the charge pump and high voltage distribution circuits.
