Synopsys Interoperable PDK’s – Updated!

Synopsys 90nm and 32/28nm versions of the iPDK are designed as teaching resources and enable students to master design of analog and mixed-signal ICs and IP using the latest Synopsys Custom Implementation tools. They can be accessed with a SolvNet ID and password from the Synopsys University Program Members Only website.
