Academic involvement is essential to delivering a successful curriculum. The Synopsys Curricula Advisory Board is a group of academic experts working together to develop new microelectronic design courseware for Synopsys University Program members. In addition to generously helping to create and share curriculum, board members also give valuable input on course requirements and the overall content and direction of the program.
Providing curriculum on modern IC design techniques prepares graduates to meet the demands of the fast paced semiconductor industry and to effectively compete in today’s market place.
Synopsys Curricula Advisory Board Mission
- To define and direct the development of a complete modern IC design curriculum that addresses the needs of:
- Digital and analog designers using Synopsys tools, IP and supported reference methodologies
- Process manufacturing engineers using Synopsys tools, IP and supported reference methodologies
- Graduate and undergraduate engineering programs
