Wen-Hung Wu is responsible for design technology, CAD Automation, SoC integration services and turnkey services to mass production and manufacturing related technology at ALI Corporation.
Wen-Hung Wu has rich experience in SOC design service, high speed bus PI/SI/EMI design, project engagement, CAD environment and methodology planning. He now handles the Design Technology Division for missions of SOC design integration & turnkey services.
Wen-Hung Wu received a Bachelor’s degree from the EE department of National Chen Kung University and a Master’s degree from the VLSI/CAD group of the EE department at NCKU.
Kun-Cheng Wu joined Faraday in 1998 and is currently responsible for the design service and methodology development for Faraday’s ASIC business. He is a master of design flow and IP technology development and leads Faraday’s EDA solution to design methodology.
Kun-Cheng Wu received an M.S. degree in Computer Science from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu.
Thomas Hsieh joined Genesys Logic in 2011. His major focus is in VLSI design implementation and design verification.Thomas Hsieh received a Master of Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in 1989.
Kevin Tseng is responsible for IC design methodology development for advanced technology nodes (28nm/20nm/16nm) at Global Unichip Corporation contributing to GUC’s many recent successes high performance CPU cores, low power design, advanced DFT solution and complex hierarchical SoC design.
Tzu-Yi Yang received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in 1997.
Dr. Shih-Arn Hwang joined MediaTek in 2011 and is currently Deputy General Manager, Design Technology. Dr. Hwang's focus is in design methodology, implementation and verification, development and software engineering. Dr. Hwang received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He majored in VLSI chip design and CAD.
Wen-Liang's major focus is in CAD.He received a B.S. in Control Engineering and an M.S. in Electronic Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, and EMBA from National Taiwan University.
Dr. Chi-Feng Wu joined Realtek in 2001 and is currently responsible for design technology and Realtek’s system-on-chip platform, including methodologies and automation of digital/analog/physical designs, reusable IP design and test, and EDA/IP outsourcing strategy.Dr. Chi-Feng Wu received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. His research interests include the design and test of VLSI cores and systems.
Dr. Luo was Director of Design Technology Development Division and Assembly & Testing Logistics Division, Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation from 2001 to 2013 Dr. Luo served at Electronics Research & Service Organization, ITRI from 1997 to 2001.Dr. Luo received a Ph.D. degree of Materials Engineering from National Tsing-Hua University.
