Library Distribution
TSMC's libraries are distributed through Synopsys' DesignWare® Library. This collaboration provides, at no additional cost, more than 25,000 DesignWare Library users, access to standard cell and I/O libraries created by TSMC and optimized for the company's 0.15-, 0.13-micron, 90 and 65nm NexsysSM Technology. In addition, Synopsys also supports TSMC 90, 65, 40 and 20nm memory compilers.
DesignWare TSMC Libraries and IP
Synopsys provides a comprehensive portfolio of DesignWare Embedded SRAMs, Logic Libraries and IP for TSMC users ranging from 250nm to 28nm process nodes. Under a Foundry-Sponsored licensing and distribution model, Front-End Design Kits for TSMC's 110nm CIS (CMOS Image Sensor) process and 80nm GC (General Consumer) process are available for use to mutual customers.
