| In 1992, Synopsys went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NASDAQ: SNPS). By the end of 1995, Synopsys had grown its annual revenue to over $265 million. The company increased its ability to serve a growing customer base by establishing offices throughout Asia, including Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China and India, and growing its employee base by more than 10 times to over 1,400 employees. The company also continued to complement its growing product portfolio with strategic acquisitions, including Logic Modeling in 1994. |

Synopsys expanded its product offering with the introduction of Design Analyzer™, Test Compiler, DC Expert™, DC Professional™, Behavioral Compiler, DesignPower™, DesignWare® Libraries, DesignWare® Foundation, DesignWare® Verification IP, LM Hardware Modelers and SmartModel Library.
